About the Community
Women Powered by AI is a welcoming space where women can learn AI together, ask questions without judgment, build meaningful relationships, and grow both personally and professionally through technology.
Rather than focusing on AI theory, we take a practical, hands-on approach — teaching women how to use today's most powerful AI tools to save time, increase confidence, improve productivity, and unlock new opportunities.
Whether you're completely new to AI or already experimenting with tools, you'll find value in every session. Our atmosphere is intentionally relaxed and conversational, while still providing structured learning.

Why It Exists
AI is changing the world at an incredible pace, yet many women still feel intimidated entering conversations about technology, especially in rooms where they may be one of only a few women.
Many of our members are balancing careers while also being mothers, caregivers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. For two hours each month, we give women permission to invest in themselves, build confidence, and create a network of women who genuinely support one another.
About Marie Kline
Marie Kline is the founder of Women Powered by AI. She serves as the Global Director of Human Resources for Terrepower, where she leads global talent initiatives and organizational development. Previously, she spent nearly ten years at Amazon as Head of AI for HR, supporting Amazon Advertising teams.
She is also the founder of Kline Intelligence, an AI consulting and digital strategy company. Her passion is making AI accessible, practical, and approachable for women from every background.
