WEN South Alabama

Where Female Business Leaders Scale with Technology

A Hatch Collective initiative empowering women entrepreneurs through strategic connections, technical resources, and peer support.

About WEN

WEN South Alabama is a professional network designed to connect, support, and empower female business owners in the region using technology to scale. Founded in partnership with Hatch Fairhope and the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance, WEN provides a structured environment where entrepreneurs can share technical insights, address technical challenges, and access technical resources that drive growth.

We emphasize that our members are business leaders first and foremost, creating a space rooted in professionalism, strategic thinking, and mutual support. Through boardroom-style roundtables, expert speakers, and peer-to-peer learning, WEN equips entrepreneurs with the tools, perspectives, and relationships they need to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and win—by mastering the game as it exists today.
