ENRG - EOS Network Resource Group

Empowering Business Leaders Running on EOS®

A collaborative community for businesses implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® to achieve vision, traction, and healthy teams.

About ENRG

ENRG brings together local business leaders who are committed to mastering the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). Founded in Southwest Alabama by Forrest Derr, ENRG provides a structured framework for organizations to learn and thrive in the implementation and ongoing execution of EOS®.

Whether you're just exploring EOS® or have been running on it for years, our group offers a collaborative space to deepen your understanding, share experiences, and implement EOS® more effectively in your organization. Through monthly Level 10™ meetings and regular sessions with Certified EOS Implementers®, members gain practical insights and accountability that drive real business results.

Founder's Message

"We're strong believers in the transformative power of EOS®. This system provides a clear roadmap for building a healthy, high-performing organization, and we're excited to share this journey with fellow business leaders who are committed to achieving their vision."
